Strain Cane Policies

PAYMENT METHODS

I accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Stripe, Paypal, Cash App and Venmo.

Ready made canes must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Made to Order and Custom Work either require a down payment or payment in full depending on the piece. Visit the Commission Us page for more details.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

I gladly accept returns and exchanges on Ready Made pieces. However, if a Ready Made piece is shortened, by request, below 35 inches, the sale is final. For all other Ready Made pieces:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Ship items back within 30 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns and exchanges on Custom Work. We will gladly work with you to make sure the piece meets your expectations.

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • If modifications are necessary, we will give you an estimate for cost and time frame.

    SHIPPING

  • I ship worldwide to the mailing address provided at the time of checkout.

    I use US Postal Service’s Priority Mail shipping method for all of our orders. Insured delivery to the lower 48 US states within 3 days. If you have additional shipping requirements let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them. Please contact me if you are outside of the USA and we will get accurate shipping charges upon request.
